I have stretch marks. I have since I got some little hip curves in my teens. That doesn't mean I want more if I can avoid them - hence all the creams and oils I have been collecting and trying during pregnancy. Now I am giving Bamboobies Bell♥ease a try.

I chose this organic belly and baby butter because of the simple composition and use of pure organic Ugandan shea butter. Once I opened the jar I realized it was not quite the smooth butter texture I had imagined from the name, however. That appearance did not matter since the somewhat grainy and paste-like Bell♥ease melted and blended into my skin just fine.

It felt good and relieved my minor itching as soon as I smoothed it on. The other thing I realized upon opening the jar, I should have chosen Unscented. I saw lemongrass in the name and had to have it. Unfortunately the lavender component overpowers any lemongrass scent so my nose is overwhelmed by it and a little disappointed. Not the fault of the butter, just my impulsive decision. I am sure most people won't mind the scent at all. I still use this though, because the skin benefits outweigh my aversion to the scent. Actually, I am now used to it seem to get more and more sense of the underlying citrus aroma.

The second reason I decided Bell♥ease was a great option was that it helps support women in Uganda. Every product purchase helps support the livelihood of a wife/mom/daughter who works picking the shea nuts. This organic product is good for you, your baby and women trying to make better lives in a war-torn country.
