As pregnant women, we are told to eat more fish, eat lots of fish. But there is a problem and danger: the level of mercury in some fish is just too much for us to consume, especially when we need to keep our nutrient and toxin balance optimal for growing a healthy baby. 

EWG just released a saddening study that shows such a danger for both mom and baby. Choosing the right fish to consume and getting the omegas we need from fish and seafood can be very tricky.
